The console is detached from the instrument but is in a fixed position on the West-end gallery.

The Organ was originally built by H. Ainscough of Preston in 1889, and was rebuilt in 1975 by Pendlebury of Clevelys.
The tuning and maintenance of the instrument is entrustd to Messers Willis and Co of Liverpool.
