Can You Help Us?
Celebrating the 150th anniversary of the Cathedral offers us a chance to discover more about the history of this great church. We’re particularly interested in old photographs you may have. Perhaps you have newspaper cuttings about the Cathedral from years gone by, or stories about life here over the years.
Collected materials may be featured in an exhibition at Lancaster City Museum, taking place 21st September - 21st November 2009. They may also be used on ‘Billington’s Blog’, a historical blog featuring events from the Cathedral’s past.
Volunteers Many of the events taking place during 2009 will rely heavily on volunteers. If you can spare some time to help prepare for, publicise or assist at events, please let us know.
